Synopsis
Film-portrait of a weaver Elena Lapshina from provincial town Ivanovo (that is not far from Moscow). Now she is a Chief of the Public Reception Office of the Party Chairman. A trick, slight farce is genre of the film, - says the filmmaker Zhanna Romanova.
